It's a div with styling. Of course you probably could... it would be difficult to know what exactly you're trying to do with it...

Um, which bit of that post? I see a whole variety of styles and things that don't exactly fit together, some of which are images.

Only one is a image and the rest of it is in the divbox.

Oh, no.

There is one div with a border around the very top header. There is also one div with a border around the rest of it - but all the headings, e.g. 'Monthly Message' are images, as are the dividers.

But since being thorough about what it is you're trying to accomplish (since 'like that' isn't really helpful), I guess I'll leave someone else with more patience to wade through the gap between what you want and what you have said you want...
