converting phpbb to smf

I have found the converter for phpbb but it always says I need a newer converter.  I am using the newest phpbb and the rc1 smf.

I have joomlo and smf working ok together but I dont have any content since I cant figure out how to get my phpbb stuff into smf.  I am experience with sql and php so if someone knows what needs to go where I should be able to figure it out if there inst a script out yet.

If you're using SMF 1.1 RC1, you need phpbb_to_smf.sql and convert.php from the 1.1 Converters topic.
