V2.0.7 picture uploading issue

I'm lost need some help i'm not super tech but I get around ok . My issue is I changed attachment values to 0 now when I goto attach a file after it uploads the screen just freezes and page hangs up ? is there anything else I need to do to make the attachments work for the boards ?

What sort of files? How big are they?

mine i'm trying is a jpeg / 1.44 meg

And how big is the picture, how many pixels wide/high?

4128x2322 & 72dpi ? is that helping ?

Hmm, that's possibly too large for your server's memory. Ask your host what the server's memory_limit, upload_max_filesize and post_max_size are.
