Smf signs out users

Hi. We've a smf 2 installed. Every time i click on topics or subjects ro any other links on main page, smf signs out me.
what's the problem?
and how can i fix it?

just in case, we've banned guest users from seeing topics, only registered users are able to do so.
could this affect ?

Is this a new install? Which version of SMF? A 2.0?

What mods have you got installed?
Did you change anything recently?

Have you cleared your browser cache?

Tried a different browser?
