Let me introduce you my new SMF-powered website. Its name is HxC-Crow; it's the very first time HxC-Crow is created as a forum, but it's, to me, its definitive form. Not in love with the theme. Takes some getting used too.

I would suggest more public viewable areas that require registration. As a guest I could see exactly 5 posts. However it is showing your personal posts over 300.

You can set boards to read or reply only but still have them viewable to guests.

Just a few ideas. I went through a similar process on my forum.

Ok I follow a couple metalcore bands some are quite known here in Scotland and even they agree with me, your theme is horrible, it doesnt work and looks well childish ... maybe look at a better theme may attract people.

I've just found something better. The 'Gumus' theme was transitional. This one is looking better, and it works fine

Looks quite good I think, maybe a bit of tweaking and font changing and it'd look better.

The GIF logo needs a lot of work. It surely does not fit in with the rest of the theme.
