Explort/Import certain data

I want only member details to be  imported into another SMF from an old SMF.

How to do it?

Just member name, email and passwords are enough.

I'm not 100% certain of what it contains, exactly. But the "smf_members" table might have that stuff.

You can't do it that easily

Best bet is to modify the existing script for merging SMF so that it only merges users, methinks...

we have not been told clearly if the new SMF has any users or is a clean new install that the users will be imported into.

even the "merge script" is going to run into problems, because there are more tables involved than just smf_members...

If it's a clean install, it's probably easier to point your old database for the new installation (with repair_settings) and remove unwanted content...
