Edit settings and likes count

• How to edit my theme settings(add more things)?
• How can I show in user info number of all received likes?

I don't think the USER receives the likes... I believe that likes are associated with a post, not a user.

Indeed, it isn't cached on the user side either since the intention was for it to be extensible by mods so "liked  posts" would be incorrect.

If user have more than 1(for example) like then appear laurels. I want be able to change that variable in theme settings.
