Need Help - how to add <head>to</head> text javascript??

i add my scricp but... it is a following error

Check your editing - you obviously made a mistake somewhere, or start again with the backup you have of index.template.php

If this topic isn't actually solved, attach your index.template.php file and show us what you'd like editing in, and where. Someone will help you with the amendment.
