VQMOD for SMF???

Is there such a tool for SMF like the one used for OpenCart? I find it very handy for MODS allowing multiple MODS to use the same lines of code for reference without changing the actual code.

Not that I know of, but it's actually a nice idea
(although it's most likely not possible to use even in 2.1 - and certainly not in 2.0..., if for no other reason, it's GPL so we would need to become GPL too - it's like the plague )
