Problem After Upgrading To 1.1 RC1

I had a database problem with our main board running 1.0.5 all of a sudden it came up with a error saying the database was version 1.0.4 and that I should upgrade it to 1.0.5, I did this and it broke the board completely Anyhow I tried the upgrade to 1.1 RC1 and the board is working fine apart from one little problem, we had the online users today mod installed and its left half of the mod on  the previously installed themes.

What file do I have to edit and what code do I need to remove to fix it?

I've uninstalled all the mods too.
