Theme help needed

i dunno head nor tail
about how to install themes on my smf forum :( :o
how do i do it?? ??? ??? ??? ::)
my old host had a drop down list under "install themes"
so i had no prob
but my new host required a url and stuff
so how do i upload the theme i want "helios_multi" to it?

1.Directory must be 777
2.Upload it using the upload from pc option
3.Select it from the drop down menu

Does it have the message directory not writable?

Make it writable by:

1. change chmod permission
2. use the package manager,go to installation options,there'll be a chmod permissions option

my host hasnt provided me with all that ??? ??? ??? ::) ::) ??? ???

Try uploading install.php & smf1-0.sql to the main directory & running the chmodder.Then just delete them!
