copy profile from 'test' to 'prod' system?

Hi,

Is there a way to copy a profile from one SMF installation to another?

Background ...

I have a "dev" (development) SMF install and a "prod" SMF.  A profile was deleted from prod, but it's still on dev.

I'm looking for an easy way to programmatically copy over the profile.  It may be that it's easier to just manually do this, but just thought I'd check.

I'm using SMF ver 2.0.11.

what type of profile are you talking about? most likely it is not really possible to take part of one database and merge it with another without possibly causing issues.

The type of profile would be just the member's profile - all the content you see when you search for a member's profile. 

However, I don't want to copy over any posts.

I only have two profiles that I need to do this with, so I'm thinking the easiest way will be to do this manually, but wanted to see if I was missing something.

no, there is no good way to do it through the database
