Suggestion box or dropbox board

I was wondering if there was an addon where people could post in a board nobody could see their replies except them and specified member groups on the forums. So like a board where people could secretly talk to higher up staff in a community.

http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1279 lets you define any board that the form is submitted to, so it could be a board that the user cant view. the user would not be able to view the replies or the topic though. http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2491 would let them view the replies but not in a board.
