Error logs not working and error log menu missing from administrative panel

Hello guys,

         I  am having a strange problem. The error log menu missing from log menu in administrative panel. The error log section now available in adminstrative log panel. I tried to check the the error logs, by logging in with a wrong password, and its not logging in any errors. Please take a look at the attached screenshot.
I need some help guys...

          The problem solved, when i enabled error logging in security and moderation panel.
