Graphic material not shown on client's browser

I brought up the forum at last. When I open it on server (locally) everything is fine. But on other machines the layout is not displayed correctly.

Try using this tool.....What is repair_settings.php?

It fixed the problem. The path of some elements was set to localhost instead of site URL.
