what do you mean attachements are not added ?

sitemap and tags -- no. No features are going to be added at this point - especially not features which would be better as mods anyway.
social buttons -- no. We've already explained why a bunch of times.

Regarding your bug report...   explain further please? I can't recreate your problem.

The file that I add to a theme loads well, but is never attached to the topic.

A couple of screenshots might help.   

When you say adding a file to a "theme" isn't working that is confusing - are you writing your own theme?

That file is way over 30Mb. So the first thing I would check, is did uploading it cause any entries in the server's error log?
