Move copyright and get more footer space

Hi! at this moment, my forum is like the image below. I will like to center the space marked with red.



Also, I will like to add more space to the page bottom with the objetive of add sponsors (if exists any mod for that, i dont find it). I make a photoshop edit about how i would like:

As it's a theme change you'd be better off asking the theme author so he can assist.
