Hi

I'm using SMF forum on 2.0.15 version and I'd like my site to have the same editor as my forum, how to extract the editor only to use it for my site? (I don't need message parsing for bbcodes and preg_replaces) Only the editor.

Aleksi "Lex" Kilpinen

You are free to try and do that, but we do not have documentation for it, nor is it something that really falls in the scope of SMF support.

You might be better off to implement SCEditor on your site, since that is the editor for SMF 2.1.
I promise you nothing.

Sesqu... Sesqui... what?
Sesquipedalian, the best word in the English language.

i would also like smf 2.0 editor as it is less javascript dependable than stupid sceditor and ckeditor.

It is also broken beyond repair, so you really are better off looking at alternatives.

Don't upgrade to 2.1 as that uses SCEditor...
