I don't know if this is a bug or not...  it happens to me every time.  If I try to log in here from the home (portal) page, I get what you see on the screenshot.  If I move on to Community, I can log in just fine.  Doesn't seem browser-related.   :-[

Don't mean to bump, but it won't preview or save any modifying of the post. Maybe because I had an inserted image?   :-[

Was just going to say:  But the login issue might be "cookie" related.  If I log out but keep my browser open, I can log in from the Home page just fine.  But if I close Firefox, which empties my cache and cookies every time I close it, then I get the error on the Home page.

Diego Andrés

I can't reproduce it.

This one I can reproduce, it won't load the preview when inserting an attachment in the post

I saw this once the first time I tried to logon after the upgrade.  I believe a hard browser refresh fixed it.  (shift+refresh button on some browsers, shift+F5 on others)

So I'd try a hard refresh.  If that doesn't work, I'd clear cookies for this site & try again.

What is your browser?
Try to disable AV and login.  ;)

I do think it might be a site issue - Not sure exactly what issue though. Many SMF functions on the simplemachines.org front page don't seem to like working on the first page load, ctrl+f5 didn't help for me when I saw that error - but moving to the community tab and trying again did.

Is this working better today?  There was a change I had to apply to fix logins across sub domains.

It's working great now (the login issue).  I've not tested the ability to preview/modify after inserting an image in a post.  I'm doing that now, with this post.  You cannot view this attachment.

Nope, can't modify (or preview when modifying) when I've inserted an image.  I mean the buttons are there, but nothing is saved.  Don't know if it's throwing any forum errors.  ::)

Also....  When I'm not logged in, should my post (above with Chester, my cat) actually read "You cannot see attachments on this board" as part of my post?   :-[
