Ok, so I just noticed that a single user is caught in this error, we have SimplePortal shoutboxes, 3-5, 1 or 2 are public, and SMFPacks Shoutbox which is public, but I don't think there are any bans visible to me.
We just moved to the new hosting. I see user last activity was from 1 hour ago, but this error keep spamming error log for single user, what could it be?
We are at 2.0.18, before upgrading to 19 I want to make sure everything works.

Marking solved even though it really isn't. For the purposes of this board, the question has been asked and answered. It allows staff here to skip this topic if they are short on time.

Ok so this thing might be a serious problem and while searching through entire SMF forum, this is specific problem with my forum only, maybe with theme and the question is which shoutbox is triggering this event. I'm getting about 1 000 errors daily from this user, so it is highly possible that my forum might go over hosting limitations if this will be resolved in few months or years, still I have unresolved questions from past when I was told to post in specific mod topic where on my question was not answered for months or never.
And my point is Oldiesmann is most likely wrong and this could be again problem related with SMFPacks Shoutbox and not SimplePortal mod.
To sum, I just found out this is related problem with this - https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=269091.msg4091129#msg4091129 , so only 1 user on my forum is related with this error, he is using forum without problems, but errors will appear doesn't matter if he is online or not.
I'm afraid this can go bad for my forum if I don't find solution, previously related error was not that active like this now.
