Reply editor buttons missing/not showing

I have a fresh install of 2.1.2

Nothing has been added to it, I have not installed any mods.

The only thing I have been trying is different themes. I don't think it is the themes though, because I have tried several themes from here, by different designers and this problem occurs in every theme I try.

The buttons are there on the default theme that comes with SMF, but disappear on any other theme. See the screenshot please.

Any ideas? Thanks

I just make a copy of the default Curve theme that SMF comes with and the same problem occurs with that.

I tried to reset all themes and it's now working

Must have been some bug in the installer.
