Calendar refuses to display Jan and Feb of 2023

Not long into this new year, SMF forum posts started displaying date and time stamps as March 2023, as per below.

You cannot view this attachment.

This post suggests that the server time might be incorrect and I've logged a support request with our hosting provider.

However, checking the SMF Calendar after patching to SMF 2.1.3 found that the Calendar refuses to post any event in the months of Jan or Feb.

Is there something I can do to remedy this and could this be a database issue?

Not long ago someone had this same issue, and it turned out to be an issue in the language files.
