How to change text in Links

Hello,

i tried to change the text for the link (in the upper section)
from "Updated Topics" to "Unread Answers".
It sounds more logical for me 

I guess it must be in the language files, but i could not find it.
I only found the help text (when hovering over the link),
but not the link-text itself.

I am pretty sure it is part of index.english.php

"index.english.php" was the file to do the thing.
