deleting topics from private board still sent to trash can board

I have a trash can board of sorts setup where all the deleted threads go. When a thread is deleted from a secure forum, it still goes there. im pretty sure its a bug that this happens.

Why?  All deleted topics go there.  We have one here, too... all deleted topics go there.  You just can't see them.

I like having the deleted topics forum be public, but there are things that go on in private forums that usually shouldnt be seen by EVERYONE.

Then turn off the recycle bin and tell your mods to move topics instead of deleting them...

it still seems like a security thing for unknowing admins such as myself.
