one last Empty verification question every time

Hi I am using 2.0.19 version and I have to disable the security verification questions because I am always having an empty question like the following in the resulting register page:

I do not have an empty question in the log_comments table of type ver_test, but in the configuration page for the questions I always have 3 empty fields to add new questions

Can you help me how to debug it?

Do you have any MODs installed that affect the registration page?

Seen those 3 empty lines since the beginng of time, places to add new questions. So far normal. A ghost blank question for new registrations, I'd first delete all questions and start from scratch, a 'reset', even if it means some work.

If it's in the registration page itself, it could be caused by reCaptcha.

Now, I think it is started after using recaptcha
