(However as this seem to be an SMF issue and not theme, you might want to ask in the SMF boards about it, and continue to help you there.)

Hello first of all, I am new and from Germany and would like to welcome you all. I have a problem with the maintenance mode, when I activate it. And deactivate my website design no longer works properly. I have spoken to the creator of the web design, he says it is not the design, but the forum software. The forum software.

I'll try to describe it

So, I will try to explain it now. I installed a completely new forum, I also installed the theme, everything worked fine. Now I have switched the maintenance mode on and off, from this point the design works. Not like before . You can't log in at the top anymore, you don't get an error message. For example, if you now click on your own user name, it just says load, dot, dot, dot. but before maintenance mode everything worked.

I can now only log in via the direct login url link. As I said, everything worked before maintenance mode. After enabling and disabling it, nothing works anymore.

since my english is not the best it helps me to deepl hope i was able to express myself clearly

Those are theme problems.  If you switch to default Curve2 it should work correctly.

Which theme are you using?

When in Emor, do as the Snamors.

It's not a theme issue, happens on the default theme too.
Initial suspicion is that the SSL certificate is invalid or not properly installed, and thus the site can't use https correctly.

Oh, that's one of your themes, didn't recognize it.  Login displays normally, but submit doesn't work.  Password reset seems to work.  Should have host check SSL cert, and run repair_settings to make sure all paths are https.
When in Emor, do as the Snamors.

@Kamikatze, can you run the below tool and make sure that all the paths/urls are poiting to the correct location and see if it would make any difference?

What is repair_settings.php?

We have also a german language board should you be more comfortable posting there.

Be sure to make all your urls the same, if one uses https all should use https, if one uses www all should use www.
Mixing and matching can do odd things.

Boban theme is 2.53MB due to uncompressed images.... You might need to upload it via FTP.
