Hello,
I have 563 users in the forum I manage, who are registered but who have never logged in.

Is it safe, to delete them directly in the database with
DELETE FROM members WHERE last_login='0';
or should I better do that in the Administration Center?

Personally I would strongly reccomend against deleting important stuff directly from the database, such as members, posts. topics, forums etc of that that nature.

Yeah... you should never do direct database edits, especially not for users or posts
