Remove warning from an admin profile to the administrator

I couldn't find another topic on this... hopefully it's not already posted.

My idiot friend (I made them an admnin... who's the idiot?) was "testing" the warn system... and tested it on me.  However, as the administrator, I cannot find a way to remove the warning.

Is there a way to do this?  I appreciate your help and time.

Looks like you can't do it to your own account, must be done by another admin.

@Kindred  - thank you both for your help and reply. Sorry for the late reply, I had a Couple life events happen.  Im just getting back to things.
