What are task log> approval notifications?

I've had the site in maintenance mode for a few days now, and I see there are quite a few of them when there has been zero activity.  They say 0 seconds.

That's the scheduled task for 'if posts need approval, figure out who to send them to'. This is completely normal behaviour in SMF 2.0+.
