Where is favicon.ico located in SMF installation?

Hello. On this web page https://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Favicon.ico It is written:
The default favicon is a file named favicon.ico and one is supplied with the SMF installation.

I downloaded it from here https://download.simplemachines.org/ zip file Full Install with version 2.1.4. In this zip file, I did not see the favicon.ico file at the root.

It should be there. But for some reason it seems it wasn't included in the package this time.
