Not Getting Notifications Anymore

Forum users on SMF 2.0.19 are not getting notifications anymore. I have been on Inmotion Hosting for three years now. I tried changing ports in administration section, but can't figure out?

What notifications are we talking about? Also, what was the latest change done to the forum prior to this happening?

To expand on Doug's question:

email notifications or "alerts"?

PM notifications?
New reply notifications?
New user notifications to admin?
reported posts notifications to moderators?

2.0 doesn't have alerts as a standard feature so if that's the issue there isn't much we can help with.

Sorry I have been out of town a week, and didn't get email notification on this thread.

But it is for new replies and it's been about a year. Nothing has changed. Though thought it might be PHP version. But not sure.

I may just change to new version. My users are old-fashioned, (I know I could say older, lol) but they are pretty tech savvy. I just made a few HTML and PHP tweaks but that was 12 & 13 years ago, and not sure I remember what I did then. But the new versions have better functions. I again may wait till summer as I guest teach and that is almost every day until schools ends in June.
