Finally upgraded my board

Upgraded the Zuwharrie BBS - http://bbs.zuwharrie.com to SMF Beta -pi  over the weekend.  Still got a little work to do, but everything has worked great so far!  I'm working on additional themes now

my want to throw in a line break (<br />) before the "All Rights Reserved" but yeah that would look better. Then once SMF goes out of beta it will look better by the version number as well

I just showed how to distribute the text, I didn't change the breaks, but he can... I just wanted to show the idea in a graphical way, but didn't want to change the way he wrote it, he can do that if he wants

he could also just have to <td> instead of three like the one showed above, one for the badge and the other, not divided in two, for the text
