My Second Site using SMF - MyTechSupport.ca

Hi,

This is my second site using SMF. It is a computer support site that has been around since 1997. Support is via a forum.
For years I was running an ASP forum and the site was comprised of different open source web apps. Then in December 2005, thanks to simplemachines, I found a forum migration script and migrated to SMF. I am now running Joomla 1.0.7 and SMF 1.1RC2 using Orstio's bridge. I'm pretty much using the same theme as my other site except a different color....I have no artistic skills   

It is thanks to the many developers that devote their time and effort into making these open source applications that I have been able to offer my support services to others for these many years!

I really like it!  Can you give me some more details on the components you used?  I've been thinking  about using Joomla for some time now - I particularly like the link sections with folder icons.

Is that a Joomla theme, or have you created your own?

I am using the following:

• Joomla 1.0.7
• SMF 1.1RC2
• Orstio Bridge Mambo/Joomla SMF 1.1.2
• ImageLinks v1.0.2
• AkoBookPlus (Guestbook)
• Awesom! (Online Store - Amazon)

The Computer Web Directory section of the main page is not part of the ImageLinks component. It was created manually.
