Hoping this is simple. I believe Ive found the portion of code where the top left SMF logo exists and I already have my new logo address.  Can you please give me an example of how hxxp:www.exitdot.com/Fly.jpg [nonactive]  would be coded into the appropriate section?  Thank you.

Open this file, find smflogo.gif and change it to Fly.jpg :)

ok, thought I had this all figured out :(
my image is loaded on my server as a GIF (that I created in photoshop if that matters) and I changed the smflogo.gif to "Flyhead.gif" (all of this was done on my server) and nothing then I went and changed the same thing in my admin panel under the "change current themes" section and all it did was change my smflogo to a red x(you know, the one shows the image doesnt exist).
What could be going wrong?
image size?
my forum is not directly connected with my server...?
i have no idea...thanks for any help.

Make sure to put your logo in the "/Themes/<yourtheme>/images" directory.  :)
