Need help - urgent

My SMF is giving error messages, although functioning normally -

I get this when I try to access my message inbox.

People have also gotten errors when posting on threads.

The only thing that happened was my downloading the files for the Integrated Chat mod..could that have caused the problem.... any ideas?

Try re-uploading the entire Sources directory.
