1.0.6 to 1.1rc2 upgrade problem

After upgrading, which went without any problems, All of the images in my posts dissappeared.
It doesnt seem to matter if they were put in with BBC, html, or the thumbnail of an attached image.

I have tried several themes, the problem seems universal.
Whats really strange is if I go in and preview the post, it looks fine. 

Any Ideas?

Did you check that everything had been upgraded? Check the files by using (more detailed) from within your admin panel.
