What's wrong?

That user doesn't have permission to access MySQL from that server

but I am using correct database name and correct data base user name. this database was in use before, but all tables are dropped at the moment, i cannot see any reasons

It is clearly an authentication error

You only need to supply the same database password you used in part 1
