"Cannot access attachments upload path!" error

Hi,

I migrated my DB, upgraded from 1.1RC2 to 1.1RC2+security patch +TP0.86
All the themes, smiley etc. are working, the database is fine, but i get this "Cannot access attachments upload path!" error and I am sure i missed to do... something... but i got no idea what or where. The default path'es and so on look cool, i even set attatchment folder from 755 to 777.
