Help needed with a SMBB Question

Some of my members have expressed dissatisfaction at the fact that when you hit reply to a post it takes you back to the forum the post is located in - rather than to your newly created post.  Is there any way to change that behaviour in the admin controls? or does anyone know of a mod that performs this if you cant do it via the admin panel.

This is an option in the member's profile.

Profile / Look and Layout Preferences / Return to topics after posting by default (Check)

The option can be set by the admin for it to be enabled by default.
Admin / Themes and Layout / Reset Options

Reset default (guest) options for this theme
Reset all member's current options for this theme
