Error acessing forum

I havent edited any file in tha past days, everything was allright till yesterday, now i'm geeting these errors whe accessing my forum.

Warning: main(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 99 is not allowed to access /home/grizado/public_html/smf/Settings.php owned by uid 32061 in /home/grizado/public_html/smf/index.php on line 44

Warning: main(/home/grizado/public_html/smf/Settings.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/grizado/public_html/smf/index.php on line 44

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/grizado/public_html/smf/Settings.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/grizado/public_html/smf/index.php on line 44

can anyone help me with this?

Replace Settings.php with Settings_bak.php. To be sure make a backup of both files before you proceed.

Thank you for the quick response, but unfortunatly the problem remains.

I have also used a script named fix_ownership.php but the problem is still there.

What version of SMF are you using? What are the permissions set for smf/index.php and what is the size of this file? Also, check when this file was last updated.

permissions: 666
modifed: 12-07-2006 22:30
size: 14.899 bytes

Looks like the ownership has got messed up on some of your file.

You might want to contact you host and ask theme if they could join your files so they are owned by the correct user.

what is the correct user?
99 or 32061

Cant I do this in cpanel or ftp client?

I managed to change the ownership of index.php from 99 to 32061 and now i get this:
