I'm Looking to convert from vBulletin so I can sell my license, I'm wonderin if any of the smf team would like to use it to make a converter?

One has already been made.  We are still working on it, however, and it is like SMF still in beta.

I recommend you play around with SMF for a few days, and by the time you're done it should be available .

Also, I have one more question, I get this error right after installing:

Nothing looked bad when I looked at load.php on line 813...

Looks like you did not upload all of your files, off hand.

Yeah, It was smart ftp's fault, I've been having alot of problems with it not uploading all files.
