sorry I meant not getting any errors in the forum log.  I was just going to attempt to use the same code for the button as in the post preview, but I dont know where the code for the enhanced quick reply is (problem 1), and I noted that before, you said to put something in the mod.english file to stop error messages (problem 2)

I've got this error in my error log. Anyway, to fix it ? :(

8: Use of undefined constant spoiler - assumed 'spoiler'
File: /home/korobox/public_html/forum/Themes/default/languages/Post.english.php (main sub template - eval?)
Line: 789

I am using:

Joomla 1.0.10
SMF 1.1RC2
Bridge 1.1.5a
AzaToth's Spoiler Mod (http://mods.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=195) 0.2.5

You can see the problem in this thread.

If loaded in Firefox 1.5, it works fine. In IE 6, the spoiler divs are not shown at all. If you compare the source for the page in FF and in IE, you will see that the code for the spoiler tagged text is simply gone in IE.

Does anyone know why this might happen?

This happens whether the forum is accessed through Joomla at the link above or directly through this link. According to Orstio, this means that the problem is not in the bridge code, and Joomla isn't called at all when directly accessing the forum.

Also, if I copy and paste the firefox source code to a local file and load it in IE, the code works (after an annoying security warning).

Any ideas? Thanks.

After further tweaking, I have determined that the link and button methods work correctly. However, the option to change that does not appear on my Current Themes page, so I had to tweak the code to change the default.

But, it's working now.

Works fine in IE and firefox. Also installed in 7 other themes and all work perfectly. Thanks for this great mod :)

Allow me top hop on the bandwagon here. RC3 compatibility would be fantastic.

Oh, has RC3 arrived :) I'll try to make all my mods RC3 compatime ASAP.

AzaToth

Have updated it now (0.2.6) to be compatible with 1.1 RC3

citrusmirakel

Just tested it, and it gave a problem report for index.german.php, Themes.german.php, index.spanishp.php and Themes.spanish.php. However, since my forum is English-only, I don't think it'll be a problem.

Can you please correct the mod, so is not removing the quote button ?
Thank you.

I'm not able to download 0.2.6, everytime i try i get a corrupted file. It's only me?

tL0z

Works fine for me? How can I edit the Portuguese text? It isn't correct.

perplexed

Hi I tried to install 0.2.4 fro 1.1 rc2 via package manager but I get the following:

An Error Has Occurred!
The package you tried to upload either is not a valid package or has become corrupted.

I also then tried 0.2.5 just in case I had the wrong version but I get the same message with that one too.

Which one should work for 1.1.rc2 via package manager?

~thanks

Gobo

hi perplexed

this is just a guess -- u could try uploading the package to the packages directory via FTP

and then apply mod and see if it works?

try it..if it dosent just delete the package via FTP too

perplexed

I tried that too but it still wont install, it just keeps saying its already on the server, but it doesnt show in the 'browse packages' list where I could then 'apply mod'  does that make sense?

I don't think I understand what you are meaning, I'll look in to it.
