Need Help with Header code

Here is a new site I am working on - I added some banners where advertising will go in the future. The problem I am having is that when the page is resized - or a viewer has their resolution at 800x600 - the ads move over the logo. How do I lock these down?

Is there a way I can just use basic html for the entire header? It would save me a lot of grief as I am not good with php yet ?

This is because you're using a fixed position for those images, which causes them to stay in the same spot instead of scrolling with the page.

Actually - it was set to absolute - which was the standard way - I just recently switched it to fixed to see if it would solve the problem - it didn't - they are now back to absolute and the problem still exists.

Any suggestions?
