Looking for SMTP software

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC3
Can anyone recommend software I can install on a Windows Server 2003 machine that I can use for the SMF software to be able to send out email?

I know about the SMTP software that comes with Windows Server 2003 but I am unable to get it installed so please just mention other software that I can use and remain relatively secure.

I would check out use Mailenable. They have a free version and it works great!
