[EXTREME] Cannot Log In

I must have done something really stupid and overwritten a file, as it happened after that. I am updating the forum, well atleast trying to... will get back once I have got somewhere

Hmm, stuffed the upgrade. uploading back up of files and stuff. But still can't log in, or access ACP because it won't take my password..

Also when I try posting it comes up with 'Board Does Not Exist' and I can't edit stuff.. really scrwed up board this time :S
