Search system doesn't work with Thai language or addition language.

Please help me.

I want to search messages each topics by Thai keyword.

.........That search result -->  No result. (not show messages)

but it can search in English.

It works here but not on our forums, I just checked also.

I guess the problem lies in the Upper and Lower case that English and other languages use while it is not needed in Arabic nor Hebrew.
Did some fast look at Search.php only found a string to lower function but even if omitted did not make search work!

Strange that it works here but the output is in Unicode numbers, I guess.
