Searching for all posts by a user

Please make this independent of the right to view profiles.  I'd like to replace the link to the user's profile to a link to show all posts by that user, but it can't be done unless all users are given the right to view profiles.

Technically, shouldn't that be related more to the right to search than the right to view profiles?

A hell yeah for this suggestion. Even I don't want members to see each other profiles. But they shud have access to what posts the members posted.

The name should be clickable and lead to the posts of the user rather than his profile.

Any suggestions?
