Avatar Saving mod

Was wondering if there was one that I Cant find, or if someone can make one,

I would love a mod that when a member uploads an avatar, that avatar will automatically save in the main avatar folder to make it available to others, under the heading custom avatars, and maybe also note it with the origianal uploading person,
