Attachments/Avatars Broken

I searched and found several other people with this issue, but none of their solutions appeared relevant to my problem.

My site, http://fierodomain.com Using Mambo 454 and SMF 1.1 RC3 with the Bridge, not sure which version. However the attachment/avatar feature used to work so I don't suspect the bridge as an issue.

Whenever someone posts an attachment or avatar it uploads correctly but is not properly displayed on the site. In Firefox you see nothing at all, but in IE it even shows the proper size image box just empty, and the link properly shows the file size and image dimensions. Clicking on the attachment itself just returns to the main forum page. I have confirmed that both the attachments and avatars are uploaded correctly. Here's an example:

I had thought perhaps my SEF Urls had broken it so I tried disabling SEF and it still doesn't work, clicking on the image just redirects back to my homepage.

Any thoughts on what I broke? If you think its a bridge issue I will move to that section.

Make sure the code looks like that, and also make sure you replace the yourItemId string with the actual item ID (in this case, 79).

Found my error, it was code I had added by GooseMoose to enhance my redirect, unfortunately it broke the avatar/attachment function. It is working fine now.
