Global announcment(writing at top)

I installed this mod and now I have this writing at the top of teh forum how do I fix it even when I unistall it ,it still shows up

Open up themes/default/modifications.english.php
Goto the bottom to remove the text or move ?> to the last line.

No you don't see it there you have to use FTP to download or modify the file or use your control panel to edit it.

ok i made it to the area your talking baout there is no english sub directory lots of others with english after
